Shipping policy

We want to get your order to you quickly, safely, and with as little hassle as possible. Here's what you need to know about how we ship:

📦 Processing Time
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your parcel is on the way.

🎲 Dice Products
Dice product are subject to longer dispatch times, as we have to hand make the dice when the order is placed! Dice products will be dispatched within 6 business days.

🔍 Tracking Included
All our parcels include tracking at no extra cost—just for that extra peace of mind.

🌍 International Shipping
We currently ship from Australia to a range of international destinations, from the UK  to European destinations, and from the United States for North American destinations.

• EU Customers: Currently we can send the following items to the EU: Cartograph - Atlas Edition, Caught in the Rain, In the Shadow of Glory, and Solo RPG Playing Cards. Handmade dice and accessories unfortunately cannot be shipped to the EU at this time. Goods are shipped via IOSS to EU addresses.

• US Customers: We are still shipping to the US; however, ongoing changes to US tariffs may affect shipping prices over the coming months. We’ll do our best to keep our rates fair and transparent as the situation develops.

📃 VAT and Import Taxes
Given the small scale of our business, we do not have the resources to keep track of the many different import taxes for international addresses. As such, The Ravensridge Emporium is not responsible for any import taxes your country may impose on imported goods.
